Who we are

MSECO was constituted in 1998 with the purpose of creating a network of senior residences and continuous health care units. Since 2006 it is a health operator firm focused on the portuguese market.

The firm also decides on investment structures and acts as lead equity investor not only in companies with significant growth potential, but also distressed companies that have long-term economic potential. MSECO investment activities are focused on management buy-ins, management buy-outs, and buy-and-build.

MISSION

MSECO intends to be a health operator that looks towards the person’s well-being as a whole. Intends to meet the support and assistance needs of people undergoing rehabilitation by providing a range of high quality services in their own premises. In a world that is ever so more virtual and distant, it is humanly necessary to return to the proximity of feelings and emotions.
